Ingredients for 4 persons:
400g silken tofu
1 bar of dark chocolate
4 EL raw cane sugar
Add 1 tbs chia seeds to get more minerals and decorate with fresh berries.
Slowly melt the chocolate in hot water.
Mix melted chocolate with silken tofu until it has a smooth condition.
Add sugar, vanilla and if you want chia seeds.
Leave the mousse in the fridge until you serve it.
