Summer is enjoying warm sunshine on the skin, refreshing air while cycling, going swimming and a sweet piece of strawberry cake.
Ingredients for one baking sheet:
200g coconut blossom sugar
2 packages vanilla sugar
100ml almond milk
1 package backing powder
2 packages pie cast
Heat the oven to 200°C
Mix margarine, sugar and vanilla sugar, add milk, flour and baking powder.
Put the dough on a baking sheet and bake it in the oven for 20 minutes.
Cool the cake for 20 minutes.
Wash the strawberries, cut them into pieces and remove the green.
Place the strawberries on the cake.
Prepare the pie cast following the package instructions and pour it over the fruits.
Let the cake cool for 20 minutes.
