Here comes the solution: sweet, salty and spicy.

 

 

Ingredients (1 person)

3 carrots

1/2 onion

1/2 tbs coconut oil

salt, pepper, nutmeg

parsley

 

Preparation

Peel and cut the carrots into slices. Steam them in coconut oil. Peel and dice the onion. Stew it with the carrot.

Depending on how crispy you like the carrots leave them for 10 -15 minutes.

Spice with salt, pepper, nutmeg and parsley.

 

To be eaten hot or cold.
