Gluten-free bread


500g buckwheatflour (gluten-free)

1 package yeast

3 tsp sea salt

4 tbs sunflower seed

4 tbs pumpkin seed

4 tbs linseed

4 tbs sesame

1 tbs plant syrup

500ml lukewarm water

margarine for cake tin


Mix flour, yeast, salt and grains in a mixing bowl. Melt syrup in lukewarm water and mix it in. Stir the ingredients to a smooth dough and leave to rise on a warm place under a tea towel for half an hour. Set the oven to 220 °C and bake the dough for about an hour. Serve.
