Hummus, Pita und Gemüse


300g cooked chickpeas 

50ml olive oil

50ml water

30ml tahini

juice of 1/2 lemon

salt & pepper

1 tbs caraway

1 tbs cumin 

1 tbs paprika (spice)



Soak chickpeas overnight, cook them the next day until they are soft. You can also take a glass of chickpeas to have it faster. 

Mix and purée the chickpeas with oil, water, tahini and lemon juice. Season to taste.


Serve hummus with pita bread, onions and parsley.
