The cookies are based on bananas and oatmeal. Stir in nuts, berries and seeds as you like.
Here you can find my favourite combination.
2 ripe bananas
15g chia seeds
Peel and mash bananas with a fork. Stir in oatmeal, seeds and raisins.
Shape into balls with two spoons and put them on a backing sheet.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Bake your cookies only 20 minutes, if you like them soft. Bake the cookies 30 minutes, if you like them crispy.
