Summer, Sun and Plum Cake

Pflaumen-Streuselkuchen

Ingredients for 1 baking sheet:

 

Dough:

500g whole-grain flour

75g sugar

1 package yeast

1 pinch of salt

300ml cereal milk

75g margarine

 

1,5 kg plums

 

Crumbles:

250g flour

150g sugar

100g margarine

1 pinch of salt

If you like 1 tbs cinnamon

 

In addition:

Vegan whipping cream

Preparation:

Mix flour, sugar, yeast and the pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Pour over lukewarm milk and margarine.

Stir the ingredients to a smooth dough and leave to rise on a warm place under a tea towel for 25 minutes.

While leaving the dough to rise you can clean, cut in half and pit the plums.

Pflaumen im Hefeteig

Roll the dough on a baking sheet and put the plums into the dough.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.

Mix flour, sugar, margarine, the pinch of salt and cinnamon to a crumbly dough and crumble it over the plums.

Richtig große Streusel

 

 

Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.

Serve the cake with vegan whipping cream.

 

By the way, this is my favorite vegan whipping cream.

 

You can use the plantbased whipping cream for sweet and hearty food.

If you add some vanilla sugar while whipping the cream, you will have a great aroma.
