Nearly every restaurant offering Thai food is also offering Pad Thai.

Typical thai dish made with rice noodles, vegetables and delicious spices.

A few weeks ago I had my first Pad Thai. From that moment on I was looking for a great recipe without fish sauce, eggs and meat.

Vegan Basil Pesto

Pasta is great!

There are countless types of pasta and countless ways to combine it.

I love wholemeal noodles with a creamy pesto especially at my cardio days.


Made out of tomatoes and pine nuts or basil and walnuts. There is no limit to combine vegetables, nuts and good olive oil.


Try my creamy green pesto, prepared in less than 20 minutes.

Sticky Rice and Mango

We discovered sticky rice with mango at our Thailand journey in March. It is one of our favourite desserts now, next to the coconut-banana dessert.

We can't live without sticky rice and mango anymore and we are sure, you will love it, too.

Unfortunately you can't use any rice type. Best results will be reached with sticky rice. You can buy that type in Asian supermarkets or online.


Ingredients for 2 people:

1 cup of sticky rice

1 cup of coconut milk

1 pinch of salt

2 TBS sugar

1 Mango

Sabzi Oriental Food

Oriental food, clean eating, traditional or vegan. 

Above all Sabzi is known for fresh ingredients and exotic spices. Small glasses with different spices at the table give you the opportunity to adapt the severity level individually.

The daily changing menu offers a big variety and surprise.
Chairs and tables in front of the restaurant provide a warm and welcoming setting for its guests.
Standing at one of the tables inside the lunch restaurant helps you to feed your body with good food.
Like coming home for a homemade dish.
The walls are painted with handmade mandalas, creating a cozy atmosphere.

Hot coconut and banana dessert

On our trip to Southeast Asia we met an incredible good dessert: Hot coconut milk with banana.

The taste is fruity and sweet.

Unfortunately we discovered the sweet dish at the end of our trip. Too late ;)

But from that moment on we ordered the dish whenever possible.


Of course, I gave everything to cook the sweet meal at home too. 

And here comes the recipe for you too.


Ingredients for 2 servings:

2 bananas, as ripe as possible

400ml coconut milk - I love the low fat type (canned)

2 EL sugar

1 pinch of salt

The team often creates new dishes, always healthy, fresh and delicious.

Especially at noon many employees are coming from nearby offices to enjoy lunch.

Oatmeal Cookies

Haferflockenkekse mit und ohne Rosinen

The cookies are based on bananas and oatmeal. Stir in nuts, berries and seeds as you like.

Here you can find my favourite combination.



2 ripe bananas

130g oatmeal

15g chia seeds

20g linseed

20g raisins

Hummus, Pita und Gemüse


300g cooked chickpeas 

50ml olive oil

50ml water

30ml tahini

juice of 1/2 lemon

salt & pepper

1 tbs caraway

1 tbs cumin 

1 tbs paprika (spice)



Soak chickpeas overnight, cook them the next day until they are soft. You can also take a glass of chickpeas to have it faster. 

Mix and purée the chickpeas with oil, water, tahini and lemon juice. Season to taste.


Serve hummus with pita bread, onions and parsley.

Aioli vegan

Aioli zum Grillen im Sommer

250ml rape oil 
150 ml soy milk 
4-5 cloves of garlic 
1 tbs mustard 
1 tsp salt 
1 tbs cane sugar 
1 tbs pepper 
Juice of one lime


Peel garlic and purée with soy milk.

Veganer Tomaten-Linsen-Aufstrich

50g red lentils 
1 tomato 
1 onion 
6 sun-dried tomatos 
1 tsp oil 
150ml vegetable soup 
1 tbs tomato paste 
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 
1 tbs herbs like oregano and basil 
1 tbs chili 

1/2 TL paprika spice 


Wash red lentils, cut up fresh and sun-dried tomatos into small pieces. 
Peel, cut into cubes and sear the onion. Add tomatos and red lentils, deglaze with vegetable soup. 
Cook it for 10 minutes.

1 package yeast

3 tsp sea salt

4 tbs sunflower seed

4 tbs pumpkin seed

4 tbs linseed

4 tbs sesame

1 tbs plant syrup

500ml lukewarm water

margarine for cake tin

Plantbased ovenveggies

Vegetables baked in the oven is a perfect dish to me. You might combine it with quinoa and potatoes or eat it as a low carb dish.

I prefer organic and locally grown vegetables.
